Annual Meeting Planning Committee

The Annual Meeting Planning Committee coordinates all aspects of the Annual Meeting programming, including:

  • Selecting the theme and developing an innovative program to address educational and networking needs of NOVA membership.
  • Contacting and securing speakers.
  • Overseeing the implementation of selected topics.
  • Promoting and marketing the Annual Meeting among members and non-members. 

The Annual Meeting Program Committee consists of members of the NOVA National Board of Directors and qualified members of local NOVA Chapters. Each Annual Meeting Program Committee plans only one Annual Meeting. The committee is formed at least a year in advance of the meeting it is responsible for and meets via monthly conference calls.
